Community Caring Council is officially one of Missouri's 21 Caring Communities Partnerships, dedicated to measurably improving the condition of Missouri's families, children, individuals and communities. The state focus for Caring Communities has recently changed from service delivery and program implementation to county-wide community facilitation and development.
